Through FWLP, I will show you that you can ENJOY cooking rather than viewing it as a chore, and that you can eat delicious foods WHILE losing weight. Although it will develop your cooking skills, this program goes beyond just what you are eating. We will look at how you are feeding yourself within your relationships, mental health, spirituality, career, emotional health, and physical activity and how it impacts your weight loss progression.
