Make-Ahead Protein Berry Yogurt Parfaits

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (I love Siggi’s plain greek yogurt)
  • 1 1/2 tsps Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cups Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cups Walnuts
  • 1/4 cups Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/4 cups Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 2 1/2 cups Mixed Berries (Use fresh or frozen defrosted)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon.
  2. Set out 5 parfait glasses and add about 1/4 cup or so of the yogurt.
  3. Top the yogurt with a little flax, chia and hemp seeds, then add some fruit and top with a few walnuts. Repeat until all the ingredients have been used.
  4. Cover and refrigerate to have ready for the week!
