Make-Ahead Protein Berry Yogurt Parfaits
INGREDIENTS
3 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (I love Siggi’s plain greek yogurt)
1 1/2 tsps Vanilla Extract
1/4 cups Chia Seeds
1/4 cups Walnuts
1/4 cups Ground Flax Seed
1/4 cups Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
2 1/2 cups Mixed Berries (Use fresh or frozen defrosted)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon.
Set out 5 parfait glasses and add about 1/4 cup or so of the yogurt.
Top the yogurt with a little flax, chia and hemp seeds, then add some fruit and top with a few walnuts. Repeat until all the ingredients have been used.
