Make-Ahead Protein Berry Yogurt Parfaits
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (I love Siggi’s plain greek yogurt)
- 1 1/2 tsps Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cups Walnuts
- 1/4 cups Ground Flax Seed
- 1/4 cups Hemp Seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
- 2 1/2 cups Mixed Berries (Use fresh or frozen defrosted)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Set out 5 parfait glasses and add about 1/4 cup or so of the yogurt.
- Top the yogurt with a little flax, chia and hemp seeds, then add some fruit and top with a few walnuts. Repeat until all the ingredients have been used.
- Cover and refrigerate to have ready for the week!
