INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Organic Canned Whole Tomatoes 28 Oz (drained)
- 2 cans Organic Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies (2 10 oz cans)
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Sweet Onion (chopped)
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 1 1/2 tbs Lime Juice (juice of one medium lime)
- 3/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt & Black Pepper (each)
- 1 pinch Granulated Sugar
- 1 Chipotle Peppers
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few times until no large chunks remain.
- Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed, to taste. For best flavor, refrigerate salsa for at least 1-2 hours before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
