Monster Breakfast Cookies

bananas

eggs

large shredded carrot
1/2 cup
almond butter
2 Tbsp
butter, softened
2 Tbsp
maple syrup
1/2 cup
organic sprouted oats
1 cup
almond flour
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1/4 cup
sprouted raw pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup
unsweetened dried cranberries
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 Tbsp
ground flax seed
Instructions:
Preheata oven to 350F.
In a mediuiim mixing bowl, combine mashed banana, eggs, carrot, almond butter, butter and maple syrup. Mix well.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, almond flour, salt, poumoplin seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, cranberries and chocolate chips.
Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well. Form dough into large flattened cookies and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes until cookies are golden brown.
Let cool completely.
store in refrigerator.
