3 oz organic brie cheese, cut into 12 small pieces
1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
12 party skewers
Instructions:
Boil 1 cup balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until syrupy and reduced to about 1/4 cup, 10 to 14 minutes. Let cool and store in a small container.
Thread a strawberry, basil leaf and piece of cheese onto each of 12 skewers.
