Strawberry & Brie Skewers
- 12 organic strawberries, hulled
- 12 basil Leaves
- 3 oz organic brie cheese, cut into 12 small pieces
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- 12 party skewers
- Boil 1 cup balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until syrupy and reduced to about 1/4 cup, 10 to 14 minutes. Let cool and store in a small container.
- Thread a strawberry, basil leaf and piece of cheese onto each of 12 skewers.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
