7 Layer Mediterranean Hummus Board


  • 3 cups hummus, homemade or store-bought
  • 2 cupsĀ organic Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sheep’s milk feta cheese
  • 1/2 thinly sliced small red onion
  • 1/2 cup halved Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup halved organic cherry tomatoes
  • 1 english cucumber chopped
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • fresh mint leaves
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • salt and pepper
  • Optional: pita bread, crackers, red bell pepper strips, lemon wedges


  1. Spread hummus on a wooden or marble board.
  2. In a small bowl mix yogurt, chopped garlic, dill, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
  3. Spread yogurt on top of the hummus.
  4. In a medium bowl combine cucumber, tomato, lemon juice, onion, half the oregano, and garlic powder. Arrange on top of the yogurt.
  5. Arrange feta and olives. Sprinkle remaining oregano and mint leaves.
  6. Serve with pita, crackers, lemon wedges or any other vegetables to dip with.
  7. Enjoy!
